The Cobar Shire & Tafe Library provides FREE public library access for all members of the Cobar community, and visitors from other public libraries in NSW. Temporary membership may be arranged for insterstate and other visitors to Cobar with the provision of a fully-refundable security deposit. The library also provides TAFE materials and service to TAFE teachers and students in Cobar. Please contact Library staff for more information.
Simply complete a membership form and visit the library to receive a membership card. Adult applicants need to show identification and proof of their current address. Applicants under 18 years old need an adult parent or guardian to sign as their guarantor.

You can renew your loans at any time, either by dropping into the library or contact us via phone, email or Facebook.
