The Lilliane Brady Village, is a 44-bed residential aged care facility in far western NSW, owned and operated by Cobar Shire Council.

Our ideal candidate will be a suitably qualified (Certificate III Aged Care or working towards) or highly experienced Assistant in Nursing who will provide support our Registered Nurses with the delivery of outstanding clinical care in accordance with individualised care plans whilst ensuring the residents’ independence, choice, dignity and rights are maintained.

This position is classified as an Assistant in Nursing ($22.38 + allowances) in accordance with the Nursing Homes & Nurses’ (State) Award, working up to 70 hours a fortnight, plus relief of other staff as required. The successful candidate will be required to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays and possess the interpersonal skills to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
