The aim of the Country Women’s Association is to work to improve conditions for country women and children. The Cobar Branch are involved in a variety of community activities including visiting the Lilliane Brady Village and hospital giving small Christmas gifts to all visiting homes providing a cooking stall at the Cobar Show and handicrafts.
Meeting Arrangements: Meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month 2pm and every Tuesday at 10am for craft at the CWA Hall on the corner of Linsley and Becker Streets Cobar.
