Local Aboriginal Land Councils (LALC) are autonomous bodies which are governed by boards elected by local Aboriginal community members every 2 years. The objects of each LALC are to improve protect and foster the best interests of all Aboriginal persons within the Council’s area and other persons who are members of the Council.
Meeting Arrangements: The Council aims to hold both Board and General Meetings once a month which are usually held at 2pm at the Council offices 23 Railway Parade.
